Be sure to hydrate well the day of your test; avoid caffeine prior as well.
Do not eat 3 to 4 hours before your test, and do not exercise 6 to 12 hours prior.
You'll need to remove jewelry and any clothing that covers the feet or hands.
Those with pacemakers cannot complete InBody Scans.
